As I was signing into my Kohl’s account to pay my bill one month, I noticed how outdated and clunky the UI and User Experience felt. The Kohl’s app itself is nicely modernized, but once in the Kohl’s Charge area of the app, the whole UI changes.
I took a few screenshots from my experience and reimagined them to better fit the overall Kohl’s brand and be more enjoyable for the user. This was a spontaneous passion project and I hope to continue to encounter interfaces that challenge me to concept how I would improve them for the user.
